1. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed in your browser when you access a website. Similar browser storage technologies retain information on your device. These technologies may support website functionality, remember user preferences or measure website usage.

2. Cookies and Browser Storage Used

The website uses the following items to support its functions. Items that are strictly necessary do not require consent where applicable law permits this exemption and cannot be switched off through the website. Browser controls remain available.

Needed for the website to work:

• maasq_customer (cookie): keeps you signed in to Manage a Booking after entering your email code. Expires after one hour.

• maasq_admin (cookie): keeps MAASQ team members signed in to the website dashboard.

• maasq-intro (session storage): remembers that you have seen the opening animation so it does not replay on every page. Deleted when you close the browser tab.

Only if you accept:

• _ga and _ga_<ID> (Google Analytics): these help us see how visitors use the website, which pages are opened and for how long. They are set only after you click Accept and last up to two years.

Also used:

• maasq-cookie-consent: remembers whether you accepted or rejected cookies, so we do not ask you again on every page.

We do not use cookies for advertising. Google Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them, and you can change your mind at any time.

3. Third-Party Services

Some website features come from other providers, which handle data under their own policies:

• Payment Gateway Service Provider: payment takes place on payment gateway’s secure payment page, where payment gateway sets its own cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention.

• OpenStreetMap: supplies the Contact page map. Your browser requests map images from its servers or the map delivery provider, sharing your IP address. MAASQ does not request that this service place cookies on your device.

• Image delivery services: some website photos load from these services, which receive your IP address when the photos load.

• Google Maps and WhatsApp: open only when you click the relevant directions or WhatsApp link; their own policies then apply.

• Google Analytics: only works after you accept cookies. Google receives your IP address (the address of your internet connection) and information about your visit.

• YouTube: videos on the website play in YouTube's privacy mode. YouTube receives your IP address when a video loads and may save information in your browser once you press play.

4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

When you first visit the website, a small pop-up asks if you accept cookies. Nothing is saved until you choose. You can change your choice at any time by clicking Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies required for website functionality may prevent continued authentication in Manage a Booking and may impair other features.

5. Amendments to this Policy

If we change the cookies or browser storage used, we will update this policy and the date above. We will obtain consent where required before introducing non-essential technologies.
